What Happens After You Reach Out?
Finding a doula is personal. You deserve someone you feel comfortable with — someone who understands your needs, respects your preferences, and makes you feel supported.
That's why we've created a free, no-pressure process to help you find the right fit. You can learn about our services, explore your likely insurance coverage, and connect with a potential doula before deciding whether to move forward. No commitment required!
Here's how it works:
1. Get the details.
After you reach out, we'll send you information about our agency, birth packages (if applicable), and how your insurance will likely cover birth and/or postpartum support. We want you to understand your options before taking the next step.
2. Tell us what you're looking for.
If you'd like to explore working with us, we'll ask you to complete a short questionnaire about your needs, preferences, and what matters most to you in a doula. This helps us make a thoughtful match based on more than just availability.
3. Meet a potential doula.
We'll connect you with a doula who may be a good fit, so you can get to know each other, ask questions, and see how the connection feels. Choosing someone you feel comfortable with matters — and we want you to have the opportunity to make that decision for yourself.
4. Decide what's right for you.
If it feels like a match, we'll walk you through the next steps, including insurance verification and booking paperwork. If it's not the right fit, that's okay, too! There's no obligation to book simply because you've completed the questionnaire or met with a doula.
Our goal isn't just to find you a doula. It's to help you find your doula. You deserve support that feels right for you and your family.
